Primary skills include:

Secondary skills include: fluency, sequencing, phonics, following directions, recognizing patterns, compare and contrast and writing. Use appropriately leveled Kaeden books with the original stories as a springboard for learning and practicing fundamental reading skills. Activity cards are displayed, used with a pocket chart, put in sequence, read by students or used in hands-on activities to engage students in literacy experiences that provide nonstop learning.
